Enjoy Affordable Luxury Living in Fort Collins, Colorado!

I had a pretty good experience living at Somerset apartments. The management always greeted me with a smile and were more than helpful whenever I needed a question answered. The unit lived in was well maintained. All of my neighbors were friendly and easy to get along with. The only reason for moving was to find a backyard for my dog. I would recommend Somerset and consider living there again.

We lived here for 3 and a half years.  We had some issues as everyone does but it was after move out that this place really made the difference to me.  Like most people I have rented several places in Fort Collins and one in Greeley.  I have always taken very good care of my homes but never received even one dime back from security deposits.  I just figured every place was the same and just found an excuse to take your money.  When we moved into somerset the place was immaculate, I would have eaten dinner off the toilet seat it was so clean.  I told myself right then I will not be getting my security deposit back because I have two dogs and I would not be able to get it as clean as this when we left.  Well, when move out time came I vacuumed and wiped down the counters but did not go above and beyond.  We were charged for cleaning and that was it and Laura called me and went through all the charges over the phone so we wouldn't be surprised.  We received a $308 refund in the mail from our pet deposits and the rest of our $250 deposit.  There was no shady dealings or them trying to think of things to charge us for.  I am still in shock I got a security deposit back and that to me is why this place deserves 5 starts, they will not try to screw you.  Not to mention the beautiful grounds, nice pool and hot tub and friendly staff (Johnna, you're awesome too).
